Goodly AI is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All documentation outputs must be reviewed by licensed healthcare professionals before use in patient care or billing.

3. Intellectual Property

All software, content, design elements, trademarks, and other intellectual property associated with Goodly AI are the property of Scribble Labs, Inc. or its licensors. You may not reuse, reproduce, or modify any content without express written permission.

4. Data & Privacy

Goodly AI supports HIPAA-compliant workflows. User data and protected health information (PHI) are encrypted in transit and at rest. Use of the platform is subject to our Privacy Policy.

5. Third-Party Services

Goodly AI may interface with third-party tools, including EHR systems, transcription providers, and AI platforms. We are not responsible for the content, security, or behavior of third-party services.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scribble Labs, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of Goodly AI, including but not limited to data loss, system errors, or clinical inaccuracies.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Goodly AI at our discretion, including in cases of misuse, security concerns, or breach of these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Privacy Policy are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
