After years in the technology sector, including stints in healthcare, our founder witnessed clinician burnout firsthand. Seeing his wife, a physician at the VA, spend evenings charting after full days of patient care, he realized it was time for change.

And we don’t just stop there. Scribble is capable of filling in the answers (fields) to OASIS questions in addition to summarizing your visit to create an assessment note. Once done, you can review and update before submitting them to your EHR.
Yes, you have complete control of your documentation. While Scribble automatically fills out the responses to OASIS, you can update them before submitting them to your EHR or your coding team.
Scribble is capable of integrating with any system that can do so. Most modern EHRs offer some level of interoperability.
